With over 13 years of martial arts training (Taekwondo and Hapkido), Wing has developed strong mental discipline and physical commitment which have created the character of dedication and commitment. As both a female entrepreneur and coach, Wing believes that we are formed by our consistent and diligent habits. Our bodies are incredible machines that need to be pushed, challenged, and well maintained. Wing educates her students on how to train their bodies and how to fuel for performance properly. This educational approach helps to foster a lifelong commitment to a better lifestyle and therefore a better life.
